02Requests and quotes

Submitting a form does not create a contract or an obligation to provide services. Prices, scope and schedules are only binding when set out in a written proposal or contract signed by ICS and the client, usually after a technical site visit.

03Contractor license

04Warranties

Installations of the Schluter® system by ICS qualify for the Schluter® system limited warranty, which is provided by Schluter-Systems and is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Any workmanship warranty from ICS applies only as described in the written contract for each project. Nothing on this website is an unconditional or lifetime warranty.

05Files and information you send

When you upload photos, plans or other files, you confirm that you have the right to share them and allow ICS to use them to evaluate your project and respond to you. We will not publish your files or photos of your property without your permission.

06Intellectual property and trademarks

The website content, design and text belong to ICS or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Schluter® is a registered trademark of Schluter-Systems. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
